Fun Training Camp |

Based at the Clare Inn Hotel, on Dromoland Castle Estate, the camp is a fun packed weekend of Mountain Runs, Hikes, Trail Runs and Conditioning workshops. Led by Joe O’Connor, Personal Fitness Coach, participants will have the option of long or short routes on all planned routes. The Full Weekend package includes breakfast each morning, shared self catering accommodation, a packed lunch and Complimentary Festival BBQ, all bus transfers and guided trail runs and coaching.

The weekend package does not include entry to 10K road race (€10), Tug O War (€20 per team) and sheaf throwing competitions.
Accommodation is at Lynch Clare Inn Hotel on Dromoland Estate 3* Hotel which includes a fully equipped leisure centre and creche. The hotel is located 2.5miles from Quin Village where the Festival takes place. Prices below are based on shared self catering accommodation. The apartments each have one double room and a twin, both bedroom are ensuite. There is also a sofa bed suitable for children or teenagers. Each apartment has a kitchen with fridge & microwave.

The Training Camp is available without accommodation @ €70 per person - This includes packed lunch, Festival BBQ, bus transfers to Mount Elva & Guided Trail Excursions and Workouts on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This does not include entry to the 10K Road Race on Sunday (€10).

| Festival Fun Challenge |

The Challenge requires 4 on a team and includes the 10K race, Tug O War and Sheaf Throwing competitions all held on Sunday afternoon. The fastest 2 times of each team in the 10K will be used, all 4 runners need to part-take in the Tug O War and only one person is nomited to throw the sheaf. Why not give it a shot? Lots of great prizes to be won!

Joe O'Connor will be arranging an alternative long run approx 18-22 miles for anyone preparing for the Dublin City Marathon and Lindie Naughton is planning a coaching session for Marathon runners too.

Participants are advised to bring suitable running equipment including road running shoes, mountain runners, light waterproof clothing. Though every precaution is taken to ensure the safey of participants, it should be known that runners participate totally at their own risk.
